UNITED STATES customers may return their kit within 45 days from the date we ship your impression kit.

INTERNATIONAL customers may return their kit within 50 days from the date we ship your impression kit.

In the event that you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a complete refund (less shipping fees). To request a refund on any of our products, use our contact form and await further instructions. You can also reach us by phone at 855-944-8361 Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm CST.  You are responsible for the postage to return the product for a refund.

Please remember that your custom-fitted trays/guards require a large amount of custom hand work and manual labor. We hope you understand that requests submitted beyond the warranty period will not be honored.
